Qualifications for Peet’s Coffee Managerial Roles:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a café or coffee shop.
✔ Enthusiastic and excellent communication skills, with experience in coaching, training, and developing teams.
✔ Proven leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
✔ Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management and P&L reports.
✔ A university/institute graduate with a hospitality or business-related degree (preferred).
✔ Physically fit: Minimum height of 5’2″ and weight not exceeding 80kg.
✔ Young, dynamic, and professional – Candidates must be under 32 years old.
✔ Well-presented with a strong personality – Looks and personality are essential for this role.
